Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After you submit the form, we will send further return instructions to the email address provided.
How does the return process work?
- Complete the online form.
- You will receive confirmation of your request by email.
- Send the goods back no later than 14 days after submitting the form.
- After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund you within 14 days.
Free returns via Zásilkovna (Czech Republic only)
Customers in the Czech Republic can return goods free of charge through Zásilkovna.
After you submit the form, we will send you a return code and shipping instructions.
Return conditions
Returned goods should be:
- complete,
- undamaged,
- free from signs of excessive use,
- in the original packaging where possible.
You may try the goods in the same way you would in a physical store.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customised according to the customer’s wishes, especially personalised products.
This does not affect your right to make a claim for defective or damaged goods.
