Order processing time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order products may require 3–7 business days for processing.

Shipping options and prices

For orders within the Czech Republic, the current shipping price and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout.

For international orders, available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination, order weight and selected carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number where provided by the carrier.

Customs and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged shipments

  • If your shipment is lost, contact us at info@mykeepsake.cz.
  • If it arrives damaged, take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns
